SUMMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:   

Responsible to the CEO for achieving revenue and expense goals and adhering to company mission and values.

DETAIL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Developing/activating contacts within the public utility microgrid application departments
  2. Developing/activating vendor and client prospect contacts
  3. Developing installation projection and budget for CEO review
  4. Meeting division objectives as to cost and revenue
  5. Developing marketing and sales initiatives
  6. Developing productive procedures in support of company policies and objectives
  7. Hiring high performing staff
  8. Assisting in client contract negotiations and development
  9. Overseeing the installation subcontractor process
  10. Supervising regional sales and account executive(s)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Degrees in Business Administration and Engineering preferred
  2. Extensive knowledge of renewable market required
  3. Extensive knowledge of USA microgrid project requirements, especially California
  4. Five years of experience managing utility and or large commercial size microgrid projects.
  5. Proven track record in management of division size operation
  6. Extensive vendor contacts related to microgrid project requirements
  7. Other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION:

Market rate depending on experience and performance
