POSITION:

Manager/Director Microgrid Division

SUMMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:   

Responsible to the CEO for achieving revenue and expense goals and adhering to company mission and values.

DETAIL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities:

1. Developing installation projection and budget for CEO review
2. Developing vendor and client prospect contacts
3. Meeting division objectives as to cost, revenue and values
4. Developing marketing and sales initiatives
5. Developing world class procedures in support of company policies and objectives

Requirements:

1. Degrees in Business Administration and Engineering preferred
2. Extensive knowledge in Renewables required
3. Extensive knowledge of USA microgrid project requirements, especially California
4. Five years of experience managing utility and or large commercial size microgrid projects
5. Proven track record in management of department size operation
6. Extensive vendor contacts related to microgrid project requirements
7. Other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION:

Market rate depending on experience and performance
