Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience managing several PV, energy storage, and car charger projects from design to finish. Must be an expert in multifamily affordable housing rebates and tax credits on PV, energy storage, car chargers, and selling standby power. Candidates should also be AI-savvy and comfortable using modern digital tools to improve efficiency and project management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and Oversee Design
• Select EPC to complete several projects simultaneously
• Work in Long Beach office and field
• Live within 20 miles of Long Beach to avoid long commute to office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or electrical engineering
• C10 license required
• 7–10 years of experience in PV, energy storage, and car chargers, selling standby power
• At least 3–4 years direct experience on above products
• Quick learner
• Demonstrated ability to have completed several similar projects
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in working with a team
• Think out of box and be at forefront of industry
• Must have upward mobility
• AI-savvy and willing to adopt new technologies
