Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial agreements, dispute resolution, and compliance matters related to renewable energy and AI.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and partnership agreements.
- Manage active and potential litigation cases and coordinate with external counsel.
- Advise executive leadership on legal strategy, risk management, and renewable energy compliance.
- Support the development and execution of AI and renewable energy projects and related ventures.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to leadership to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Apply 15–20 years of proven expertise in litigation and contract law, along with at least 2 years of experience in renewable energy and AI, to guide business operations.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice.
- 15–20 years of litigation and contract experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy and AI for litigation and contracts.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with pragmatic business judgment.
- Technologically proficient and skilled in AI for litigation and contracts, with an understanding of emerging AI-related legal and operational considerations.
